When you complete the Discovery Assessment, we collect the information you provide: your identification and contact details, and the information you choose to share about your investment priorities, governance expectations and long-term plans. When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access, for security and operational purposes.

3. Purpose

We process the data you submit solely to handle your request, contact you and prepare a tailored Action Plan. Technical data is used only to operate and secure the website.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Disclosure
